i've been thinking of making hats from rescued yarn, and selling them on Etsy.com. opinions?
long ago ('06) i was challenged, along with other North Americans following the story, to enter a coloring contest for t-shirts commemorating
Kyle McDonald's housewarming party, a town-wide Labour Day weekend party (the u is Canadian) made possible by the first trade of a paperclip for a pen, and so on to a house. so i guess it was a "Colouring Contest"... i was charmed by the oddity and success of the endeavor, so i made some art, a la old fashioned seed packets. it got an honorable mention :) i now own the t-shirt. now i'm suddenly back into "one product in another's packaging" and i'm sitting at Starbucks getting ideas...
